What is HHC e-liquid?

HHC e-liquids are enriched with hexahydrocannabinol. This molecule, a cannabinoid derived from the cannabis plant, was discovered in the 1940s by American chemist Roger Adams. Little studied at the time, the HHC molecule has been the subject of renewed interest in recent years.

Today, HHC is found in many types of products, such as flowers, oils and therefore, liquids: vape pens,HHC e-liquid bottles or HHC refill cartridges.

Flavors and aromas of liquid E products

HHC e-liquids come in a variety of formats. In fact, they are often processed or enriched with highly aromatic and fragrant strains and varieties of hemp . So it's not unusual to find HHC e-liquids in Super Lemon Haze, Strawberry Haze, Amnesia or White Widow.

These different products enable you to enjoy a fairly pleasant experience, since the fragrances and aromas emanating from your vaporizer differ, evolve and are more or less pronounced.

Concentration of HHC-based products

What about concentration? Whether it's a HHC e-liquid, a bottle or anything else, you won't find any trace of THC. As far as HHC concentration is concerned, these are evolving.

How do I consume HHC e-liquid?

A HHC e-liquid is consumed in the classic way, like any other type of e-liquid:

• The bottle is used to recharge your vaporizer. Just drop a few drops directly into the receptacle and you're ready to go.
• The HHC-enriched cartridge clips directly into the vape pen.
• The HHC booster allows you to make your own DIY e-liquids

The supposed effects of HHC appear a little faster than those of CBD. Allow 5 to 10 minutes after inhalation. Dosages are also important. Lack of research prevents us from really knowing howhexahydrocannabinol works.

What are the contraindications associated with HHC e-liquids?

Consumption of HHC-based e-liquids should not normally cause any particularly serious problems (subject to further studies). However, consumption of this type of product is contraindicated in certain very specific cases.

When HHC is consumed via e-liquid, it is inhaled. This inhalation can have an impact on the respiratory tract, bronchi and, ultimately, cause potential (long-term) health problems. In addition, HHC e-liquids may also contain certain ingredients (added by human hands), such as flavourings or diluents. These ingredients can cause allergic reactions.

Various studies have also demonstrated that vaping CBD-based products (and not HHC) can have effects on lung function. A study
published in Frontiers in Pharmacology showed that CBD vaporization could cause lung inflammation and fibrosis.

In addition, these products are not suitable for consumption by pregnant or breast-feeding women. Finally, these products are forbidden for consumption by minors under the age of 18.
