What is the legislation surrounding CBD?

In France, CBD legislation is now very clear. Indeed, a CBD-based product is authorized for sale on the market if, and only if, it contains less than 0.2% THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), the psychoactive molecule of the cannabis plant, considered a narcotic. Article R5132.86 of the French Public Health Code governs issues surrounding hemp and products derived from the cannabis plant.

As a reminder, cannabidiol-based products offered for sale must be European products. Varieties and extracts from hemp come from regulated cultivation that respects not only the soil, but also the end consumer!
